Skilled Assistant Grade - II (Electrician Grade - II) - i. A pass in SSLC or its equivalent. ii. Electrician/Wireman with National Trade Certificate (NTC) (as specified in Adhoc Rule issued vide G.O.Ms.No.1761, Health and Family Welfare Department, dated:14.06.1987).

Additional Qualifications / Experience that could be considered for according preference: Provided that other things being equal, preference shall be given to; i) Persons who have completed Apprenticeship training (NAC) under the Apprentices Act, 1961. ii) Persons who possess practical experience in Electrician trade in Automobile – Plant / Factory / Workshop for a period of not less than one year. Explanation: Plant / Factory / Workshop shall mean any Establishment or Workshop under the control of the Government / Public / Private Organization registered under Factories Act, 1948.

Skilled Assistant Grade - II (Welder Grade - II) - i. A pass in SSLC or its equivalent. ii. National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) in the Welder trade or National Trade Certificate (NTC) with completion of Apprenticeship Training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961(Central Act, 52 of 1961)

Additional Qualifications / Experience that could be considered for according preference: Provided that other things being equal, preference shall be given to: Persons who possess practical experience in welding trade in a Automobile – Plant / Factory / Workshop for a period of not less than one year. Explanation: A Plant / Factory / Workshop shall mean any Establishment or Workshop under the control of the Government / Public / Private Organization registered under Factories Act, 1948.
